So, I am headed back to Maui this weekend, departing tomorrow. Yes, I have a rental car all reserved. Let’s hope it’s available when I arrive. My plans are to do some humpback whale research on what a calf’s life is like when it’s here in Hawaii. I plan to visit the educational center of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. I plan to do some whalewatching. I plan to visit some whaling museums. And I am planning dinner tomorrow night at the Lahaina Grill. What, you say? What will I learn about whales at the Lahaina Grill? Well, a girl’s got to eat, don’t you think? I might as well eat right.
